    Wednesdays 7-10pm
    Starts: January 7 & 9

    An introductory course to develop movement skills, strength, stamina and anaerobic endurance. The 9 week session is designed to help you get the most out of your indoor climbing training and help you develop the skills necessary to plan your future training.
    This course is suitable for climbers of all levels and is recommended as the first course before taking other courses.

    Includes: 3 hours per week with coach(es), personal evaluations, weekly training plans.
    Cost: $335 (in full or 2 installments)
    Open to climbers of all levels
  • Time: Thursdays 7-10pm
    Starts: January 10

    Bouldering-specific training with a focus on maximum power, strength, route-reading and difficult technical sequences. Suitable for V2-V6 boulderers.
    Starts: Second week of January
    Includes: 3 hours per week with coach(es), personal feedback, weekly training plans.
    Cost: $300 (in full or 2 installments)
    Open to climbers who are bouldering V2-V6

    Climbing is 1/3 physical, 1/3 technical and 1/3 mental. One of the fastest ways to improve your climbing is to work on the mental aspect that is usually overlooked. This course will challenge and support you as you confront the mental aspects of climbing at your limit.
